Q Clothing Boutique ships to the United States and its territories, Canada, and the UK. 

Our preferred carriers are UPS and USPS.  All shipping fees are flat-rate per order.  Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.

Shipping fees and times:

• U.S. Standard Shipping on orders of $150 or more:  FREE!  (4-7 business days)
• U.S. Standard Shipping:  FREE! (4-7 business days), for a limited time
  
• U.S. 2nd Day:  $14.95 (2 business days)
• U.S. Overnight:  $20.95 (1 business day)
• Canada:  $15.95 (3-4 business days)
• United Kingdom:  $29.95 (5-11 business days)

Returns

Q Clothing Boutique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.  Refunds must be accompanied by the original invoice and will be made in the original form of payment.  Sale items and jewelry are not returnable.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Return shipping is not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
